Terraform is a tool for infrastructure provisioning to build out infrastructure through code, often called Infrastructure as Code. So, Terraform allows you to automate and manage your infrastructure, your platform, and your services that run on that platform. It’s open-source and declarative, which means you define WHAT you want (the desired “end state”) rather than describing exactly each step or HOW to do it. This course will give you hands-on exercise on Terraform using live demo projects. We focus on helping you understand and learn how to architect terraform scripts for our infrastructure.

What Will I Learn?

• Create Infrastructure in AWS and other cloud providers using Terraform
• Learn fundamental Terraform syntax
• Configure Terraform providers for different Cloud Service Providers
• Understand how to use variables, interpolations, and templates
• Package Terraform code into re-usable modules
• Bootstrap compute resources using Terraform Provisioners
• Manage Terraform state both local and remote using AWS object storage
